The client must pay 50% of the amount in advance and the remaining 50% upon arrival.

We have a strict no-refund policy; however, the client can reschedule the date once booking is done.

A security deposit of Rs. 2000 is mandatory. Security deposit will be refunded after shooting.

Once booked, the client cannot change the duration or package.

Packages do not include GST.

The package is intended for couples only, and no one else is allowed to take photos/video of themselves.

To ensure a seamless experience: Please brief your accompanying personnel (e.g., assistants, family members) on our policy. If found capturing the photos or videos of the accompanying person then extra charges will be taken by the client.

Clients need to vacate the room 15 minutes before their slot ends or start packing their bags. Rest of the clothing changes can be done in separate male and female changing rooms.

An assistant will be available on spot (depends on availability).

Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Pixxel City operates on a slot basis. Clients need to arrive at least 20 minutes before their slot starts.

We are not responsible for late arrival at the location and no extra time will be permitted. If extra time is required to complete the shoot, it will be charged separately. An additional charge of Rs.1500 per hour is applicable for extra time.

Any damage caused to dresses or props will result in a deduction from the security deposit, or the client must pay the full cost of the costume or props and may take with them.

We operate under a data-sharing policy. Once the shoot photographs and videos are edited, they need to be shared with us for marketing purposes.
