PROPS & COSTUMES
1- Props or Costumes are on sharing basis, kindly return them immediately after usage.
2- Damage caused to props or costumes will be borne by the client.
3- We strictly ask a client to carry their own sets of costumes as complementary costumes may or may not be available according to your liking
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
1- The client has to pay 50% advance & 50% at arrival.
2- We have a zero refund policy. However, the client can reschedule the date.
3- Once booked, the client can’t change the duration or change the package.
DURING SHOOT
1- The package is only for a couple and no one other than a couple is allowed to take photos of themselves.
2- No misbehavior will be entertained.
3- No one else should try the costumes other than a couple.
4- Clients are responsible for their belongings.
5- All sets are accessible for the looked package. however, we allow clients for one set at a time.
SLOT SYSTEM
1- WE, at Pixxel City work in slot systems. The client has to arrive & finish their shoots
within the given slot time.
2- No extra time will be allowed, if some extra time is needed to finish the shoot, it will
be charged separately.
3- We are not responsible for your late arrival at the location. However, we
encourage our client to arrive 15min earlier. kindly do not request for time extension
in such cases.
FOR PHOTOGRAPHER
1- We work on a data-sharing policy.
2- Once shoot photographs and videos are done with editing it needs to be shared with us for marketing purposes.
